It fascinates me to hear that we are ahead of the curve against other industries, because it feels like we are still using chisels and slate in a lot of instances. Visibility is a number one priority, as is being able to capture data and use analytics to make decisions faster. Marianna Douglas McKinney
we still are. some of us have success, but most are still struggling in many industries that are not traditionally “Asian-friendly.” Representation / Visibility is definitely a priority.
